How to download your files:

Type in the password given to you.  You must observe upper and lower case.  Then, click "Get Your Files".  You'll be taken to the download area.

PC users "Right-Click" on a file and choose "Save Target As..." if you use Internet Explorer,  or "Save Link As..." if you use Netscape.

Mac Users click on a file and keep the mouse button held down, then select "Download Link to Disk".
